I feel so blessed in this industry to heal nuture some of the most amazing women in my time .

I love what I do
some story's I've heard over years with my goddess clients.
listening to there inspiration and strength
is really inspirational.

as women we pick each other up
through good & bad times
I always feel honoured hold space for these women old & new clients 🙏

you girls rock 🙏😘
all women who inspire me
who have taught me a lot

to my family also of strong loving women
mum / sister daughter aunty's cousins rest beautiful family.
all that came before me in spirit!

in fact the sun shinned above us

the slight wind which wasn't even bad

blew away worries cleansing our souls

here we are again another year is about to end ! 2023

another new year is about to begin 2024
there's always a sense of closure .

lot people are happy to see the end
of 2023 !
for me it's been huge changes .

we have change to be better versions of ourselves
even in darker times .
we learn & grow .

as most time it's hard not forget the negatives & in the year
but what I would say to help move past those negative times

is ask yourself what's one thing you are grateful for this year ??
I can think of more then one thing

but say it out loud as you go into new year
of all gratitude
2024 bring it on !
