Meet Bonnie – your local running podiatrist! 👟

One of our amazing podiatrists, Bonnie, recently completed the Goulburn Half Marathon — and as a proud local Queanbeyan runner, there’s a good chance you’ll spot her out training around town! 🙌

Whether you’re preparing for your first fun run, building up your weekly kilometres, or chasing a new PB, Bonnie understands the demands of running firsthand. From foot pain and shin splints to footwear advice and injury prevention, she loves helping runners stay strong and keep moving.

Next time you’re in the clinic, have a chat with Bonnie about your running goals, training, or upcoming events! 🏅

ANZAC Day is a National Day of commemoration. We remember all the military personnel who have served overseas in both conflict and peace operations.

On a personal level - I like to think about those left behind, the people who have lost loved ones and those who have to find a way to keep on living without the person they love. It is also important to think about the sadness that serving can cause - mental illness and injury takes such a toll, not only for the affected, but for their loved ones too. Lauren Morrison.

We love getting messages like this 🙌

One of our patients’ mums sent this through after her daughter’s recent treatment at Queanbeyan Podiatry:

“Thank you so much for helping Annabel with her feet! Her soccer coach asked me tonight if she’s on peptides or if it’s the new orthotics 😂 finally running normally again xx”

When a coach notices the difference, you know we’re on the right track! ⚽👣

Seeing kids get back to running comfortably, confidently and pain-free is exactly why we do what we do.
