Hello ,

This month marks 5 years since I launched my social work practice, and what an incredible journey it’s been!

In that time, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside so many incredible women, families, Support Coordinators, support workers, providers, and communities. From quiet moments of growth to big breakthroughs, I’m deeply grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every small step forward we’ve taken together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, referred, partnered with, or simply believed in this little practice with a big heart.

A special shoutout to Anita, who joined the team just over a year ago and has been an incredible part of this journey. Her warmth, skill, and dedication have made such a difference, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side as we continue to grow.

Here’s to the future, full of compassion, purpose, and possibility.

'Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress' is the 2024 theme for International Women's Day which will examine the pathways to greater economic inclusion for women and girls everywhere. While important progress has been made, women face significant obstacles to achieving equal participation in the economy. We must ensure women and girls are given equal opportunity to build their capabilities and strengthen their capacity to learn, earn and lead.

To all women, Happy International Women's Day.
