What should I expect in the initial nutrition consult? This is a common question we’ve received in Alive, so here is your answer: 👇

The initial consult allows for Jodie to get to know the you as a client, understand you habits, lifestyles, goals and stressors. This allows you to make an action plan together, based around your needs and goals. You will also be educated around the macronutrients needed to fuel your body to reach your goals. Meal recommendations will also be to fit into your lifestyle.

As always, any questions or queries, do not hesitate to ask!

Preparing yourself isn't just about making the meals it is all the steps leading up to that point.
Giving yourself time to sit down & work out a menu
Writing yourself a shopping list
Organising your container draw ready to store your meals in
Allocating time to prep or do the whole cook up.
And of course enjoying all these steps.

It's that time of year where we start to work out how we want the new year to look like and what we want to achieve.
Please remember to be kind on yourself & make realistic, achievable goals. This is super important for your health, physically & mentally to allow yourself to feel empowered, strong and able.
With this in mind, set your goal, then make a plan with it broken down into steps to achieve your goals. Allow yourself to tick each step off as you go through the motions and achieve them.
Happy New Year to you all & I am excited to see your new goals and help you through these steps.
