Minerva Allied Health Services is on the lookout for an Occupational Therapist specializing in Mental Health / Psychosocial Disabilities to support adults and youth on the Sunshine Coast! This is an opportunity to join a dedicated, innovative team in a dynamic practice. New grads with mental health experience or a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Deliver client-centered, recovery-focused therapy to NDIS, Medicare, and private clients
✔️ Conduct assessments, interventions, and reporting with Minerva’s unique approach
✔️ Engage in service improvement and continuous learning opportunities
✔️ Collaborate with a supportive team focused on holistic care

About You:

Requirements:

🎓 AHPRA-registered OT qualification
🚗 Open driver’s license

Our OT Sam Aquilina has just wrapped up at the 3-day Occupational Therapy Australia Conference in Adelaide, where she displayed her poster on the links between cognition, volition, and occupational participation in people with psychosocial disability. 🧠✨

Sam and our director Carla are part of a research team with the University of the Sunshine Coast, working toward publishing their findings by the end of the year. We’re so proud to see our team contributing to the growing evidence base for occupational therapy! 💚
