There are moments where you feel the quiet pull…to slow down, to reconnect, to come back to yourself.

With this upcoming Reiki I training just a couple of weeks away, I am gently opening the space again for those who feel ready.

Reiki I (Shoden) is the beginning of a deeply personal journey —a gentle initiation into self-healing, energetic awareness and conscious connection. You don’t need experience. Just a willingness to be present… and an openness to receive.

Over two days together, you will be guided into the foundations of Reiki and supported as you begin to build a relationship with the energy — in your own way, at your own pace.

During this training, you will:
• Receive your Reiki I attunement
• Learn self-healing practices and hand positions
• Explore the chakra system and your energy field
• Be guided into a 21-day integration journey
• Receive your manual and certification
• Be supported with ongoing mentoring and Reiki share opportunities

This is a space held gently, with care, integrity and deep respect for the Reiki lineage.

Uranus in Gemini — a shift in thought, a shift within
There are moments where something quietly changes and then there are moments where you can feel a chapter coming to a close. With Uranus now moving through Gemini, we step into a new cycle and at the same time, complete another.

Uranus spends around seven years in each sign, so this movement marks a turning point…a closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.

Uranus is often known as the awakener. It brings change, insight and moments of sudden realisation. Where it moves, something begins to shift — not always in ways we expect, but always in ways that invite us to see beyond what we have known.

Gemini is the sign of the mind. It governs thought, language, communication and the way we interpret our reality. It reminds us that our lives are shaped through perception… through the words we use… through the choices we make.

So when Uranus moves through Gemini…the mind itself begins to open, and as this new chapter begins, something else may be gently completing.

Old ways of thinking.
Beliefs you’ve outgrown.
Patterns of perception that no longer quite fit who you are becoming.

You may feel this as:
– restlessness in your thoughts
– new ideas arriving quickly
– a sense that your perspective is shifting

This isn’t something to rush or fix. It’s a loosening…a reworking…an opening into something new.

At the same time, the Virgo Moon brings a quiet desire to ground and make sense of things, yet its connection with Venus in Gemini can create a gentle pull between what feels practical and what is drawing your attention.

With Mercury in Aries and Jupiter in Cancer, there can be a quickness in words and reactions… a sense of wanting to move before everything has settled. If you can, soften the pace, let this be a space of noticing and of allowing and gently meeting what is changing within you. This isn’t a moment that asks for certainty.
It’s one that invites awareness… curiosity… and a willingness to see differently.

Soul Journey has always been guided by something deeper than structure or planning…
it has unfolded slowly, intuitively and in alignment with what felt true at each stage.

At its heart, there is still only one energy here — a deep intention to support healing, remembrance and reconnection to self.

From this space, my work now flows gently through two pathways:
🌿 Healing Pathway
A space of Reiki healing, where you are invited to rest, release and return to yourself. A holding space for the body, the energy field and the nervous system to soften and come back into balance.

🔥 Teaching Pathway
A space of Reiki training and mentorship, for those who feel called to learn and deepen their own connection to this work. A space of initiation, remembrance and empowerment.
There is no separation in the energy between these paths — only different ways of experiencing the same current.

One is about receiving. The other is about remembering how to give. Both are about returning to your own inner knowing. I hold both with the same intention; to honour where each person is on their journey and to support them in reconnecting with their own healing intelligence.

✨ A Gentle Evolution of Soul Journey ✨
Over the past two years, Soul Journey has been a space of deep healing, connection and remembrance.

What began as Reiki healing sessions has gently unfolded into something more…more layered, more expansive and more aligned with the work I now feel called to offer. Not as something new but as something revealing itself more fully.

As I continue to walk my own path — through Reiki, astrology, tarot and mediumship — I’ve been reflecting on how deeply this journey has shaped me personally.

Astrology was one of the first doorways for me, helping me begin to understand myself in a way that felt meaningful and grounding. Reiki became a space where I truly began to come back to myself; to slow down, to listen and to reconnect with my own energy in a deeper way. What started as my own healing journey has naturally unfolded into the work I now feel called to share.

Soul Journey now flows through three connected pathways:

🌿 The Healing Pathway
Reiki energy healing sessions — supporting release, balance and energetic restoration.
🔥 The Teaching Pathway
Reiki training, workshops and mentorship — guiding others as they step into their own healing journey.
🌙 The Guidance Pathway
Astrology, tarot and mediumship — offering insight, clarity and soul-level perspective.

These are not separate offerings, but interconnected expressions of the same essence; a returning to self. Each pathway carries its own energy, yet all are held within the same intention — to gently support you in reconnecting with your inner truth and the wisdom already within you.

✨ Sun Enters Ta**us – A Grounding Shift ✨
Today, the Sun moves into Ta**us, inviting us into a slower, more intentional rhythm after the fire and forward motion of Aries season.

Ta**us reminds us to return to the body…to the breath…to the present moment. Yet this season holds more than stillness. With multiple planets still in Aries—including Mars and Saturn—there is still a strong push toward action, truth and forward movement. At the same time, Ta**us asks us not to rush, but to move with care and intention.

Mercury is also forming a powerful alignment with Mars and Saturn, bringing clarity to our thoughts, courage to our words and a sense of responsibility to what we choose to express. Conversations now carry weight. Truth rises more easily. Adding to this, Venus (the ruler of Ta**us) is moving toward a conjunction with Uranus at 29° Ta**us—a potent and unpredictable point. This can bring sudden shifts or awakenings in love, finances and self-worth. What once felt stable may be seen in a completely new light.

This is where Ta**us becomes our anchor. Not everything needs a reaction. Some things need space to be felt and understood.

Key moments this season:
🌿 April 23 – Venus conjunct Uranus (29° Ta**us): sudden clarity or shifts in love, money or values
🌿 April 25 – Uranus enters Gemini: beginning a long-term shift in communication, thinking and connection

This season invites you to stand steady… even as things move. To slow down enough to recognise what is truly aligned.

✨ Aries New Moon • A Portal of New Beginnings & Inner Healing ✨ 🌙
This Aries New Moon marks the first New Moon of the astrological year, making it a powerful gateway into new chapters, new directions and new ways of being.

What makes this lunation even more significant is the stellium of planets in Aries — with multiple planets gathered in this bold, initiating sign. This amplifies the energy of:
• Action
• Courage
• Identity
• Forward movement

You may feel a strong inner push to begin something, shift direction or step more fully into who you truly are. But this is not just about outward action, with Chiron (Chiron is the energy of our deepest wounds and our capacity to heal them) also present, there is a deep invitation into inner healing.

April opens under the light of the Full Moon in Libra 🌕
A moment in the year that gently brings our attention to balance —
in our relationships, in our choices and in the way we move through life.

There is often a quiet awareness that comes with a Full Moon…a sense of things coming into focus or reaching a natural point of reflection.

Libra reminds us of the importance of connection —that we are not meant to do everything alone.

At the same time, with the Sun in Aries, there is also a pull toward independence, a reminder to honour our own needs and direction.

Somewhere between the two is where balance lives.

This month may invite you to notice:
✨ Where you’ve been giving too much
✨ Where you may need to ask for support
✨ Where something simply needs a little more honesty or understanding

There is no need to rush to fix anything. Sometimes clarity is enough.

✨ Awakening the Healer Within – A Sacred Reflection

There is a quiet kind of pride that sits gently in the heart…and today, I am allowing myself to feel it 🤍

This past two days, I held my first Reiki 1 workshop and it was such a beautiful, soul-led experience. Two days of connection, learning and gentle unfolding.

✨ Day One guiding us into the energetic body — weaving together Reiki, spirit and astrology as a soul mirror and;
✨ Day Two grounding into the physical body — exploring the organs, their energetic connection and how Reiki supports healing on all levels.

We shared in self-healing, group healing and the most heartfelt exchange of energy between us all.

The rain began the day before we gathered… and stayed with us throughout. Soft, steady, cleansing. It felt symbolic — a quiet release, a washing away, a gentle invitation to let go.

And under the Leo Moon, there was also something else present…a courage of the heart; a willingness to be seen, to open, to step into one’s own light.

Presenting these beautiful women with their certificates was deeply moving — each one honouring their path, their growth, their inner healer.

My heart is so full. I am so grateful for the trust, the openness and the sacred energy we created together. This is why I do what I do🤍
