Yesterday’s Coledale Women’s Group was a great opportunity for connection, learning, and support.
We were fortunate to have Belinda from BreastScreen NSW - Tamworth join us to share important information around breast health and breast screening, along with Annie from Clinic 468, a sexual health clinic in Tamworth, who provided valuable education and resources.

Clinic 468 will be back at the Coledale clinic Wednesday 26th November for any questions or concerns.

It was wonderful to see everyone engage and help create a safe, positive space for women in our community.
Thank you to everyone who attended. We look forward to seeing you at the next session.

Breast Cancer Morning Tea 2025

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Breast Cancer Morning Tea on the 31st of October. It was a beautiful morning of connection, support and awareness.

A special shout-out to Todd Williams Music for the amazing live music, Sugar Plum Quirindi for the stunning florals, balloons and food, Dayna’s Delicious Desserts for the incredible cookies, Quirindi Bakery & Patisserie for their delicious variety of cakes, and The Liverpool Plains Business Chamber Inc. for a $50 shop local voucher for our lucky door prize.
We are also deeply grateful to Aunt Lor for bravely sharing her story with us.

We’d also like to thank all the services who came along and showed their support.

The Coledale Men’s Group is looking to start a 6-week Walk & Talk group next Wednesday!
It’s all about getting together, having a yarn, and taking small steps toward better health.

For those who come along will get a shirt and hat, enjoy a nutritious home-cooked meal, and have a quick chat about healthy eating and the importance of staying active.

This is a great chance for men to connect with the community, support each other, and look after their health especially those managing diabetes, heart concerns, or wanting to feel healthier.

What a deadly day out at Walhallow for the Community Day on the 2nd of October 2025! 💛

There were plenty of laughs, smiles, and good vibes all around.

A massive shoutout to Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation Community Services & Housing Hub for bringing the fun with your mascots and ice cream treats the kids (and a few adults too) absolutely loved it! 🍦

And big thankyou to Todd Williams Music for the deadly tunes all day you really set the mood and had everyone feeling good. 🎶

Days like this remind us what community is all about- coming together, having a yarn, and celebrating the strong spirit of Walhallow. 💛

We’re excited to announce that our Coledale Women’s Group will kick off on Monday, 3rd November 2025, and run for six weeks, finishing up on 8th December 2025.

This first six-week program is a chance for us to come together, connect, and see what works best for everyone. If there’s lots of interest, we’d love to keep it going as a regular weekly group!
