We Stand Together

We face another heartbreaking loss of a man who grew up in Rainbow Beach, a son, a father, a mate. This loss touches all of us, shaking our small but strong community to its core.

Rainbow Beach Blokes was created to raise awareness about men’s mental health, to remind us all to check in on each other and to break the silence around the struggles many face. While we know we can’t save everyone, we can be here for those left behind, offering support, understanding, and connection.

To anyone struggling, please reach out.
Call your mate, your mum, your dad, a sibling, a friend, or a helpline. Talking doesn’t make you weak—it shows courage. You don’t have to go through this alone.

To those grieving today, know that we are here for you. Together, as a community, we will hold space for healing, love, and strength.

Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s honour those we’ve lost by being there for each other, now more than ever.

If you need help, please reach out to
Lifeline at 13 11 14 or
Beyond Blue at 1300 22 4636.

Did you know that if you text 0477131114 (Australia) between 6am-10pm when you are feeling really depressed or suicidal, a crisis worker will text with you? Many people don't like talking on the phone and would be more comfortable texting. It's a free service run by The Su***de Crisis Text Line

Thank you 💕
