Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a total movement nerd, we love introducing people to what we do.

Here’s when you can jump in this week:

🌀 Reformer Classes
•7am – Tuesday to Friday
• 8am – Saturday
• 10:30am – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• 3:30pm – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
• 5:30pm – Tuesday to Friday

🌀 Studio Equipment Classes – 9:15am on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
These are perfect if you’ve got something going on (like a dodgy shoulder, cranky knee, or grumbly lower back). It’s like a semi-private session: tailored, focused, and still social.

Oh no, it’s already the last day of the 2025 Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic!

We’ve had such a wonderful time and met so many amazing people in the Studio.

We’re definitely going to miss all the friendly faces! Can’t wait to see everyone again next year!
