Welcome to Blue Fish Pilates

Blue Fish Pilates is a boutique equipment Clinical Pilates studio, also offering EMMETT Therapy. We support and help people feel better in their bodies. We offer a strength-based workout from head to toe in a COVID-safe studio where you can be yourself, have fun, enjoy the experience, and leave feeling stronger, taller, and reinvigorated. Private Pilates/EMMETT Sessions begin with an Initial Consult. An Initial Consult is not required for our Reformer Pilates and Studio Equipment Classes.
