💜Friday Fact Reminder💜

You are doing an amazing Job!

Spending time with family and even well-meaning friends over the holidays can sometimes be overwhelming if you feel bombarded by advice.

At times you may feel pressured or that others are being highly critical whilst you are doing your best.

Your sensitivity to this may be high and your tolerance low – especially if you are feeling sleep deprived.

Each and every day, you as parents are spending more time with your baby than anyone else – so trust yourself and your instincts.

There are lots of ways to do things – and there is not necessarily always a right or wrong way! You will work out what is right for you and your baby ♥️

Being active in labour and trying different positions can help you feel more in control, ease the contractions and aid in opening up your pelvis to help baby on there journey out.

Take a look and save these images - show your support people too so they can suggest changes when you need it and let is know what others you may have found help.
