Move with intention
Choose movement that helps you reconnect with your body rather than punish it. A walk, a stretch, a workout, or simply standing up after a long day — let it be purposeful and supportive and of course rigorous movement is good too!
Breathe deeply
Slow breaths can shift your entire state. When you pause to breathe fully, you give your nervous system space to settle and your mind a moment to reset. Remind yourself to abdominally breathe.
Rest to restore
Rest is not something you earn only after exhaustion. It’s a necessary part of staying well. Give yourself permission to pause, sleep, and recover.
Nourish mindfully
Food is more than fuel — it’s information for the body. Eat in a way that supports your energy, mood, and long-term health, and take a moment to actually enjoy it.
