Often, especially at this time of year, we set all our goals and intentions and it’s too much.
We “succeed “ and then we “fail”. But what decides what is successful and what is failure?
We can look at one missed workout, one meal, one low step count day as “what the point “!
Well the point is, turning up, giving what % of yourself you can. Because habit stacking is what creates a healthy, happy, fulfilled life. Not ticking a box ✅
