UNDER 500 calories & 51 G protein!!! 😱

I had to try the Viral taco burger🌮 🍔 and wow, I am so happy I did 😋
It’s super easy, super quick, super family friendly, super customisable.
I think safe to say it’s just super 🦹‍♀️

I have five of them this week 😋😱

Ingredients
150g lean mince beef
Salt,pepper,paprika, meat all rounder
1 Woolworths soft whole grain wrap
1 slice cheddar cheese
50g spinach
50g cherry tomatoes
(Sauce approx 50g of homemade high protein capsicum dip (cottage cheese, garlic salt, roasted capsicum blended)

Body weight workout
I can not actually remember the last time I had the time, energy or drive to do a workout like this

Often, especially at this time of year, we set all our goals and intentions and it’s too much.
We “succeed “ and then we “fail”. But what decides what is successful and what is failure?
We can look at one missed workout, one meal, one low step count day as “what the point “!
Well the point is, turning up, giving what % of yourself you can. Because habit stacking is what creates a healthy, happy, fulfilled life. Not ticking a box ✅

Raspberry high protein mousse 😋
Takes 2min to prepare the night before, and 💥 delicious, high protein, low cost, macro friendly breakfast that will make you smile when you open the fridge 😀
Not a fan of protein powders?
Making for the kids? just leave it out
Method
Dissolve the sugar free jelly crystals in a small about of hot water, add your cottage cheese, yogurt, protein if using and I like to blend in my to get out all the cottage cheese lumps.
Divide between your containers and let set. I promise you won’t be disappointed
