I’m not a big fan of the cauliflower pizza🍕 or burger less burgers 🍔 or pretending that “healthy “ tastes like “unhealthy “
But I am a big fan of ☝️ the protein content & 👇 the calorie count without sacrificing on taste or texture 😁
So the high protein nacho bowl was born…
Instead of laying down the corn chips, followed by meat, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole….
Try this….
Meat, beans, corn, capsicum seasoned as you like
Cottage cheese, guacamole 🥑, hot sauce and crunch a handful of corn chips on top.
All the flavour, less than half the amount of corn chips, boost protein with the cc and get all the happiness from your 🥑

Over the years while working with the most amazing clients, I’ve grown, learned, followed my programs, prioritised weight training & protein, while keeping it real.

As a 49 year old mum of two kids, running my own business for nearly 20 years, perimenopausal for quiet some time, I know what it takes to get into the best body and mind of your life. I know because I’ve done it and I can help you too.
The most rewarding part for me is helping others see & work towards their true potential, whether it be my kids, friends or clients, I believe so strongly in them.

I’ll never stop trying to be my best self, the best mum, the best coach, never stop learning and open to the amazing opportunity life can bring

It’s not the machine, it’s not the exercise, it’s your technique, your knowledge of what muscles to use, your focus, your progressive overload, programming nutrition, recovery ….
Don’t let someone else’s workout make you feel anything other than inspired, educated, if like so often on social media confused , it’s leaving you confused, doubting yourself, unfollow, swipe past, don’t give it your energy
