Your body isn't old.... Your fascia is thirsty.

Watch This.

This isn't about tight muscles.
This isn't about not stretching enough.
This isn't about getting older.

This is about a layer of tissue nobody talks about. And whether it's gliding or stuck.

Here's what nobody tells you:

Your fascia is a web of connective tissue that wraps every muscle, joint, and bone in your body. When it's healthy, layers slide over each other like silk. Movement feels effortless.

When it's stuck, those layers grip. Like pages of a book that got wet and dried together. You can't force them apart without tearing something.

That "stiffness" you feel? It's not your muscles. It's your fascia that's lost its glide.

But here's the problem:

Stretching doesn't fix stuck fascia. Stretching pulls on the ends. The stuck parts in the middle just grip harder.

What fascia needs is loading and unloading. Pressure in, pressure out. Like wringing out a dishcloth. Like squeezing a sponge to flush out the old and draw in the new.

Watch what happens when I load the fascia properly:

Anchor one foot. Pivot on the other. Sink down. Feel the twist. Now bounce gently in that elastic range.

Not squatting and pressing. That's muscular. This is fascial. Like bouncing on a trampoline instead of pushing against concrete.

WHICH MEANS the layers start sliding again.
WHICH MEANS the joints move freely without grinding.
WHICH MEANS pain that's been there for years starts dissolving.
WHICH MEANS your body feels activated and alive instead of locked and heavy.

What If Your Fear Of Falling Is Making You Fall?

This isn't about balance exercises.
This isn't about holding onto railings.
This isn't about being more careful.

This is about what happens inside your body the moment you feel unstable. And whether it protects you or breaks you.

Here's what nobody tells you:

When you're afraid of falling, your body does the worst possible thing. It goes rigid. Locks up. Braces.

And rigid things break.

Think about it. A stiff tree snaps in the wind. A flexible one bends and bounces back. Your body works the same way.

The moment you lose balance, your nervous system has two options. Soften and absorb. Or stiffen and shatter.

Fear trains it to stiffen. Every single time.

But here's the problem:

The more you fear falling, the more rigid you become. The more rigid you become, the more dangerous any stumble gets. A door opens unexpectedly. You get startled. Your foot catches a rug.

The fall isn't what hurts you. The rigidity is.

Watch what happens when I use a wall to retrain this:

Fall back. Absorb softly through my shoulder. Let the energy recycle through my body. Pop back off.

Start close. Build confidence. Move further out as my body learns to trust itself again.

WHICH MEANS my body learns to absorb force instead of fight it.
WHICH MEANS a stumble becomes a recovery, not a disaster.
WHICH MEANS the fear starts dissolving because my body has a new response.
WHICH MEANS I stop shrinking my world to avoid risk.
WHICH MEANS I get my confidence back.

The gentleman who hadn’t been able to sit on the beach and watch a sunset with his wife for over 20 years, who took on these practices and found himself easily sitting down, enjoying the moment, and getting back up again easily and without pain.

The woman who was apprehensive about hiking through the Himalayas with knees that hurt under normal conditions, who emailed me saying she had been doing my exercises and her knees didn’t hurt at all on her hike.

These stories inspire me to continue sharing, continue deepening my own understanding, and continue refining how I communicate this with you.

British researchers found that failing this test nearly DOUBLES your risk of death within 10 years.

Your fascia is shrink-wrapping you alive.

The first time I tried this circular squat, I absolutely sucked at it.

Awkward. Uncomfortable. My ankles, knees and hips had nothing like the freedom my teacher was expressing.

But here’s what I’ve learnt - that’s always the invitation to step in. To take that accurate self-assessment without the sting of comparison and see there’s a limitation within me.

Rather than stepping away or beating myself up, I allowed myself to explore getting better at something I didn’t even know existed. I discovered restrictions I never knew I had.

Okay, but can your guru continue a conversation while I hit him full force?

Mine could.

After 30 years of training, I met a martial arts master who literally doesn't flinch when punched. Like having a chat over tea while absorbing full-power strikes. When THAT guy tells you how to squat, you listen.

Four years later: knees work perfectly. Ankles bulletproof. Core like granite. All from squatting "wrong" according to Instagram experts.

Knees forward over toes—how humans are designed to move. Tailbone tucked—spine protected, core engaged. Toes gripping—full foot activation. Chest lifted—dignity maintained.
