From the coast line to the treatment room, my life is starting to look a bit different.

Like many of you, I have had the not-so-gentle nudge from the universe this year, to move, in many different directions.

As you know, I have extended myself and Miss Intuitive by relocating and opening up bookings and Sacred Circles on the Sunshine Coast.

And now after nearly 7 years in my beautiful Randwick (Sydney) apartment, it got sold.

I actually knew it was going to happen this year. I could feel it. And I knew it would be around now.

Even though I knew, even though I had some time to consider and mentally prepare for this, it’s amazing to me just how much where and how I live and work truly becomes such a large part of my own identity.

In some ways I really thought I was 💯 ready for this change. But in reality, it’s pulled me apart in ways I didn’t expect. Not in a bad way. But wow the reconfiguring I’ve had to mentally and emotionally do to accept it has made me breakthrough some pretty hard-wired beliefs.

I know it’s all part of the expansion and growth and I’m here for that because I believe that life is for experiencing, and getting out of my comfort zone is in alignment with that, but I’m not gonna say it’s all roses .. coz honestly it’s been 𝒉𝒂𝒂𝒂𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒅!

But I will say that the ripping open of old wounds and facing my past pain alongside re-evaluating my life and how I want to live has been and continues to be a devastatingly beautiful transformative process.

So here we are .. in the thick of the snake year, absolutely living up to its symbolic reputation of shedding the skin, transformation and rebirth. And .. it is no where near over!

See you in the new space - doors opened today .. this perfectly rainy day for cleansing and releasing 🌧️

When holding space and tuning in .. The mind-body-emotion and soul connection cannot be separated.

All parts must be considered, and if possible, allowed to be seen and expressed.

When we ignore emotional pain or trauma, abandon we parts of ourselves and imbalance shows up in our body or mental health.

We then need to get to the core of the imbalance rather than swimming around in how the imbalance is presenting itself.

Treating the cause rather than the symptoms is one of the key factors in my work.

There is a lot of ‘flux’ energy around right now. We are being moved along. Relocated. Internally and externally in some way.

We are right in the thick of this Snake year .. we can’t hold on .. we have to allow the skin to shed for a smooth transition and rebirth.

Now is not the time for stagnant energy.

Now is the time move towards what is calling and move away from what is closing.

It’s very clear.

22 years ago I began holding sacred space for women 1:1 — and 9 years later something in me whispered: What if we gathered them? What if they could sit together in a space that felt just as safe, just as powerful?

It wasn’t natural for me to lead groups. I resisted it.
But seven years later, Spirit nudged again — louder this time.
I realised it was never about me.
It was a call.
These circles were needed.
These women were meant to meet, heal, and remember… together.

Since then, these circles have become some of the most divinely guided, profoundly healing spaces I’ve witnessed outside of my treatment room.
And it’s why I continue to say yes.
Again and again.

This time, the call is taking me to the Sunshine Coast.
