Hi, I'm Kimberley, a Big Hearted Holistic Practitioner. Since I can remember, I have always been curious about people, their behaviours and emotions and could sense how they felt. I thought it was normal, this ability to sense and be curious and empathic. It wasn't something I learnt - rather it came naturally to me. Although life has allowed me for be in this work for about 20 years now, it is only in more recent years that I have realised that being that young and intuitive was a gift. However, like many kids, I just wanted to be like the others and fit in. I wish I had realised back then what a gift it is. And I say this here, so that anyone reading this, especially young girls, boys or people identifying as boys/ girls and they/ them, might also recognise this within themselves. I moved around a lot as a child - living in 3 different countries with my mum as my only person - no brothers or sisters and no dad around. I learnt to be independent and spent a lot of time on my own and in the company of adults (that's what happens as an only child) and it may have partly been due to that exposure to adults and their conversations that meant I matured quickly, emotionally. I don't think there is one path to determine these things but I do believe that people are born with qualities stronger in certain areas such as artistic or language based or carers etc. I definitely felt the most comfortable in a caring capacity and always have. I studied massage when I was 22 and found myself talking with the clients not only about their physical health history but how they felt emotionally. This formed the basis of my massages along with an intuitive sense of touch. How people felt emotionally along with how they felt physically just made sense to me. And this has guided me throughout my entire life and career. Everything I do in a session is a natural intuitive progression from my heart to incorporate into sessions and has expanded out into Monthly Sacred Circles and the Vibrational Alchemy Ritual Collection called Moonbeams. (Sprays and Oils for Rituals and energetic balancing). I am honoured to be gifted the tender responsibility to hold space for those who find me and are willing to delve deep and move through their ever evolving transformations. I wholeheartedly believe that I am the facilitator and YOU are the healer. No-one has the power to heal us. But we have all the power to heal ourselves. Even when the energy is chaotic

Even when the year of the Fire Horse gets fast paced and intense

Even when there will be things I cannot control

I choose .. as much as I can .. when I can remember .. when I have the awareness .. to connect to the calm within
To connect to my intuition
To untangle from the stress

And I will remind myself daily that it doesn’t mean I don’t care

But that I am giving healthy space between the outside stimuli and my automatic response

That space is choice and it is allowed to have no time limit.

I choose calm over chaos

I am free

And so it shall be

Your highest self isn’t just a concept.
It’s an actual living part of you.

Your highest self is the highest vibration, highest frequency of you just as your lowest self is the lower vibration and energetic frequency of you.

Generally, what we are all attempting to do in most days or moments, is feel good and align ourself with the highest vibration available to us on any given day or in any given moment.

Even if you are in grief .. a feeling which is hard to describe and on many days feels like the worse feeling in the world, creating a (seemingly) low vibrational energy .. it’s important to remember that the grief itself is not a low frequency energy .. just as anger or sadness is not. It’s the narrative or story attached - it’s what you make it mean (about you) that turns it into a lower or higher vibration.

Your emotions are there to guide you to understand what’s happening and to honour them.

Honour - is in a higher frequency .. it is allowing .. it allows the energy to circulate.

Resistance to uncomfortable feelings is natural and it is also what pulls in lower vibrations because we are in conflict with ‘what is’.

So even while you are feeling ‘terrible’ .. allowing the ‘terrible’- allowing the sadness- allowing the pain - invites in a higher frequency.

Because at its essence or rather at our essence, authenticity is the highest vibration.

Stop trying to think your way into healing or out of discomfort.

The mind will take you in loops.

Always grabbing at the next the next the next .. nothing is ever enough for the mind.

You know how it goes … you grasp for understanding, the why, the endless search .. you may settle on something, a learning, a spark.. but it doesn’t last .. and off you go again on the search for THE thing .. looking for answers here there and everywhere .. talking, googling, chat-GTPing (I get it - that thing is everyone’s new bestie), but the mind just wants more more more .. like a dopamine addict .. there is just never enough and the solution is always just out of reach .. in the next search ..

Your body is left behind. Starving for your connection, attention and breath.

Through all the twists and turns in your mind, Your nervous system has learnt dis-regulation - it’s constant ‘on-alert roller coaster’ leads you to believe you are not safe, you are not okay and then you begin to experience a symptomatic body.

And off you go on Dr Google ‘what’s wrong with me’ via symptoms when really it’s just your body saying “COME BAAAAACK!!”

Yesterday’s divine Women’s Circle began the moment these women met.

Before we even opened the space — they were already connecting. Stories flowing, laughter bubbling, hearts remembering each other even though they’d never met before.

It was as if their souls had gathered long before their bodies.

It warmed my heart so much. This is what it’s about. This is the purpose of circle.

As each woman shared a piece of themselves, trust grew, connection became stronger and themes of being who we truly are, began to weave into knowing.

The realisation that we are not the owners of our light, but the managers of our light opened a doorway.
 A remembrance of the divine feminine way .. that we do not need to push, hide, or perform.
 We simply allow flow. Because, even if it’s messy and imperfect, when we honour and manage our sacred rhythms with compassion we build inner trust.

Thank you for showing up on a busy Sunday, to take time for yourself and connecting deeply with other women and trusting my guidance.

It was an absolute honour to hold space for you as you uncovered layers, shared your wisdom and released the old through the ‘Words to the Wind’ ceremony.

Healing happens not through effort,
but through connection, honesty, and release. And it really felt like a healing occurred yesterday.

May the magic of the circle continue to infuse its energy into your world and heart and gently guide you back to your inner light.

Did you know that when you place your body intentionally into a space for healing, that it immediately begins the healing process.

Your body is so intelligent that it knows when a space has been created to switch off the ‘stress noise’ and switch on Nervous System Regulation.

Your body remembers how to breathe.

Your body remembers how to focus on its natural state and maps out how to get there through its own natural intuitive GPS.

Your body does not rely on your mind to discover healing and release. Infact, it’s the complete opposite.

Healing doesn’t happen in the mind. It happens in the body which informs the mind and rewires the self regulation pathways.

When you place yourself in spaces with present people, with a clear channel who can gently witness and carry your highest intention, release occurs. Breath returns. Receptivity is restored. Revitalisation is recovered. Healing is resolved.

Our Story

When people ask me how long have I been ‘doing this work’, the true answer is, I’ve been ‘living it’ my whole life.

The oldest journal I have dates back to 1989, when I’m 9 years old. I have kept every diary and journal since then and continue to do so. I started writing because I was sensitive & emphatic, although I didn’t know that then. Writing was my way of understanding myself, my world and the people in it.

I dig deep, from an early age, observing my feelings in relation to my worldly interactions. My deep intrigue into my own emotions and psyche and that of others extended from the journals into profound conversations with anyone I met.

These conversations provided a platform where a unique but innate intuitive healing energy would be present. I thought it was ‘normal’ and everyone experienced that.
