We’re excited to share some joyful news: we’re expecting our second baby (Sunny’s little sibling!) who is due any day now 🤩

This beautiful new chapter is why Benedict will be working in a reduced capacity throughout January as we welcome and settle in with our growing family. He’ll return to full availability in February.

Putting together some rainbow stirfry boxes for participants attending our Nutrition Talk in Huonville tomorrow 🙌😍

What better way to encourage the community to try new vegetables than a free food box with everything you need to make a tasty stirfry!

This recipe contains 11 different plant foods! 1/3 of your weekly target of 30+ whole foods in just ONE meal 🙌

This year has been one of the best yet! Sunny has brought so much joy to our lives and is also a constant reminder for us to slow down & be present.

Prioritising quality family time whilst also holding space for our amazing clients will be an ongoing focus for us in 2024!
Especially with Ally making her return back to clinic in late January! We know some of you will be very happy & have been waiting a long time for this 😍
