What better way to encourage the community to try new vegetables than a free food box with everything you need to make a tasty stirfry!

This recipe contains 11 different plant foods! 1/3 of your weekly target of 30+ whole foods in just ONE meal 🙌

✨Merry Christmas from our little family to yours ✨

This year has been one of the best yet! Sunny has brought so much joy to our lives and is also a constant reminder for us to slow down & be present.

Prioritising quality family time whilst also holding space for our amazing clients will be an ongoing focus for us in 2024!
Especially with Ally making her return back to clinic in late January! We know some of you will be very happy & have been waiting a long time for this 😍

Benedict will be back in full swing on January 3rd, 2024.

Another week, another batch of gluten free sourdough baked for the week ahead!

Hey foodie fam! 🥖🍞 Let's talk about a topic that's close to our hearts (and tummies!) - Gluten-Free Bread! 🙌

While going gluten-free is a necessity for SOME of us, it's essential to be mindful of what we're putting into our bodies. 🤔

Many store-bought gluten-free bread options may seem like a convenient choice, but the truth is, they often contain high levels of processed starches, are pretty low in fibre and just not that great for your health! 😕

But fear not! There are healthier, tastier alternatives such as Gluten-Free Sourdough! It can be rewarding to make, and also packs a nutritious punch!

Gluten-free sourdough is usually made with whole grains and nourishing flours like brown rice, quinoa and buckwheat! These grains/pseudo grains, bring fiber, vitamins, and minerals to the table. This means better digestion and happier tummies! 🌱💕

Not going to lie.. it is a time consuming process and we commit to making a couple of loaves every weekend. However if we are home anyway.. we don’t find it too difficult.

We spent the weekend celebrating Ally’s Birthday & Sunny reaching the ripe old age of 6 months!

Seeing the Fagus & snow at Mt Field with some of our favs ❄️ it was absolutely freezing and only 3 deg in the Sun! But soo worth it 😍

An epic breakfast at the newest hotspot in town 🤤 Hobart foodie friends you should def check this place out!

Sunny trying food for the first time. Apparently avocado is not on his yum list but coconut yoghurt and slow cooked beef were a hit obviously 💁‍♀️

Stepping away from hustle & bustle of running our own business and the madness of our house reno’s was a real treat and a reminder to stop and eat the snow more often 😉🌻
