☀️ How Good is the Sun? Finally! ☀️

After what feels like forever, the clouds have cleared and the sun has decided to show its face again. And honestly, how good is it? Finally!

We’ll be soaking it up today at Morisset roundabout from 11:30am — the perfect spot for a sunshine catch-up, a hot coffee in hand, and of course, our famous frozen custard.

We’ve prayed to the sun gods and they’ve clearly answered… so why not celebrate with us? If you haven’t tried our frozen custard yet, you’re seriously missing out. Creamy, dreamy, and made for days like this.

RSPT Style: Hyrox 2025 and a Weekend to Remember

What a weekend.

Hyrox 2025 was more than just a fitness event — it was a celebration of grit, community, and the unshakable spirit that defines RSPT. From the moment the first team began to the final high-fives at the finish line, the energy was electric. You could feel it in every rep, every cheer, and every deep breath taken to push just a little further.

To the RSPT crew — Your support, your encouragement, and your relentless drive elevated everyone around you. It’s one thing to show up for yourself; it’s another to show up for a team, and you did both with heart and hustle. Incredible people, digging deep together — that’s the RSPT way.

Frustard was beyond proud to be a part of this powerful weekend. From warming bellies with coffee in the early hours, to helping athletes cool down and celebrate with our frozen custard, it was our privilege to be there for the big moments — and the quiet ones in between.

To every athlete who showed up, gave it everything, and left it all on the course: we see you, and we salute you. Achievements like these deserve to be honoured with connection, community, and yes, something sweet at the end.

Renee Peirce — thank you for welcoming us. This one’s unforgettable.
