On Monday night, had the pleasure of hydrating an energetic group of women who put their hand up to tick off they daily movement goal with a Zumba Bollywood class !

Anyone who knows my family can attest to the fact that we are ฦฦฒฦงฦณ! And, this week especially is extra cray cray ๐Ÿคช

But, the fact that we are busy is the exact reason why we choose to follow our nutrition program dailyโ€ฆ.not the reason we donโ€™t!

How on earth can we ever expect our bodies to move, think and function effectively each and every day if we arenโ€™t fuelling it with the number one nutrition program in the world? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

In the past, Iโ€™ve lived the kind of lifestyle where I chased caffeine hits through coffee and soft drinks, sugar recharges through lollies and biscuits and the logic that skipping meals would help me undo the bad drive through choices Iโ€™d made because I had โ€œno timeโ€ to meal prep.

I remember exactly how I was feeling five minutes before I experienced my very first smoothie and I choose not to go back to feeling that way. After all, why would I choose to feel that way if I donโ€™t have to? ๐Ÿ’ก

Thatโ€™s why, today I chose to start my day with a Peanut Banana Muffin smoothie ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฅœ

The flavour may change each morning (depending on what Iโ€™m feeling ๐Ÿ˜‹) but the fact that Iโ€™m fuelling my body with 21 vitamins and nutrients and a great source of protein doesnโ€™t.
