🤍 Hello, my name is Debbie…

I am a remedial bodywork therapist with
more than 20 years of experience and I am
passionate about relieving people of their
pain, restoring function and mobility
within the body and helping my clients
achieve their optimum health and
wellbeing.

I grew up in a small coastal town of NSW
where I developed a great love of the salt
water. As a child I was extremely lucky to
survive a boating accident which left me
with significant injuries to my body and a
lifelong journey of learning to manage the
physical trauma and resulting health
issues. Seeking relief, I discovered and
explored many bodywork therapies and
after experiencing the benefits first hand,
my curiosity grew in to a quest to learn
about the ancient healing arts and help as many people as possible along my path.

I formally began studies in remedial
massage therapy and natural health in
2002. My education has evolved over the
years due to my own personal experiences
with different modalities and the
wonderful opportunities I have undertaken
to learn from highly knowledgeable and
skilled teachers.

I began studying Bowen therapy in 2010
and have been amazed ever since. I am
fascinated by this bodywork technique
and due to the surprising and profound
results my clients have experienced over
the years, this therapy is now the only
method I use in my clinic to treat acute
and chronic pain, injuries, disfunction,
anxiety and stress.

In the busy and often stressful world we
live in, we too frequently find ourselves
strained mentally, physically or
emotionally. I strive to provide you with
the support you need to restore function,
reduce anxiety, relieve pain and replenish
your energy and vitality.

Throughout motherhood, I have learnt the immense value of Bowen therapy during pregnancy, birth and beyond. This technique has been and continues to be a powerful remedy, helping mothers throughout their journey and supporting children through developmental milestones and discomforts, from taming teething and tummy pain, restoring calm in times of chaos and assisting to heal bumps, aches, sprains and breaks!
