Join Simmone Fellows of SimShakti Yoga & Holistic Healing and Gavin Forman - our hatted chef, on a magickal weekend retreat staying at the beautiful Old Monastery in Stroud. Together we will celebrate Beltane - The celebration of the return of Summer.

All the while immersing yourself into nature of the beautiful surrounds of the Old Monastery, Stroud.

After 6 amazing years in our magickal cozy studio, we’re moving into a new space! 🎉

We’re still in the Raymond Terrace Squash Court Centre, but now we’ll have double the space and air conditioning! 🌬️ Yay!

It feels like a fresh start, and I can’t wait to create new memories and offerings here with you all.

Your loyal support has made this happen. Thank you for sweating and freezing your butts off for the last 6 years in the more extreme temperatures... it's time for some well-deserved comfort while we keep our minds, bodies, and souls balanced, calm, and filled with joy!

Eclipse season started with the New Moon in Virgo on August 23rd.. This is now time for setting intentions for moving forward in our highest timeline.
The second eclipse is the Full Moon in Pisces on the 7th September.
Join us for a Sound Journey where we will focus on surrendering releasing, dissolving and washing away old patterns that no longer serve us.

Choose an Oracle Card from an extensive range of decks to receive guidance and insight for your journey.

Experience an auric/biofield cleanse with channeled Shamanic Medicine Drum beats, the energetic healing of ten Crystal Singing Bowls, vocals and other instruments as you are guided through a divine journey of a guided meditation and finishing with a Gong Bath.

Each instrument serves a different purpose. Crystal bowls are tuned to the notes of our main energy centers. The sounds permeate our system through the Chakras, returning them back into harmony. The Shamanic Medicine Drum is played over the body, cleansing the auric field and tuning into your personal medicine song to release emotional blockages, induce deep relaxation, and reduce stress. Drumming tunes the brain into alpha brain wave states, which in turn reduces stress levels and allows for healing to occur.. The gong helps to release tension in the body and stimulates the glandular and nervous system.

Sound healing balances and clears the mind and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness.

All props (mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows and chairs) are supplied but you are more than welcome to bring your own and anything else you may need or require to make yourself more comfortable.
