Good afternoon all! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately, there will be no Chair Yoga class this Friday as we are away on retreat this weekend.
The beautiful Kristen Smith will be taking Thursday evenings 6pm Restorative Yoga class.

Please feel free to pop in for her regular Monday 6pm Hatha class this evening 🙏🏼

I hope to see you for tomorrow's 10.30am Chair Yoga class and Thursday morning at 10.30am for our regular Hatha class.

🧘🏼‍♀️ I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Olena, who is nearing the completion of her yoga teacher training at Yogic Wisdom.
Last Tuesday marked a special milestone as she taught her very first class at our studio. It was a beautiful experience, and her passion for yoga truly shone through.

A big thank you to all my students who participated and supported Olena on this journey. Your willingness to embrace new teachings and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere made her debut so memorable.

Here’s to more shared moments on the mat! 🙏✨

I love this time of the year in the Hunter Valley when the Jacarandas blossom.
The Jacaranda is associated with beauty and renewal, a gorgeous reminder for us during the beginning of Spring.
Purple and green are my fave colours, and the contrast between the two is just magnificent.... not to mention the carpet of purple that follows after the massive blossoming of these majestic trees 💜💚

27 years ago, this was my life.
Portraying the magick of Stevie Nicks in Rumours, The Australian Fleetwood Mac Experience.
We toured up and down the East Coast of Australia, based on the Gold Coast. I was with them for about 8 years. Such incredible memories that I hold so dear in my heart.
Absolutely blessed and very grateful 🥰
