Yesterday, I had the honour of presenting a talk on yoga and meditation to a group of incredible women from the Raymond Terrace VIEW (Voice Interests and Education of Women) Club. I was so welcomed and well received that I felt comfortable enough to go a little off topic discussing energy and some other "woo woo" stuff... I know, so unlike me 😆

VIEW clubs Australia wide, focus on empowering women through friendship, support, and community service.
They fund raise for the Smith Family, which assists disadvantaged children with their education.
They create a welcoming environment for women to meet, share experiences, and form friendships. Participating in local community service activities and projects to make a positive impact.
