Wishing all our wonderful patients a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy and healthy New Year. We will be finishing at 1pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2025. Maree, Lorraine and myself want to thank all our patients for choosing us to keep your spine and nervous system healthy and we look forward to seeing you all next year!

We are running a 6 week Group Weight Reduction course starting on the 26th of February. The course involves a food plan (The M.A.P), and more importantly 6 group presentations and hypnotherapy sessions focused on conquering the mindset of weight reduction and health. We have an information session coming up next Thursday, the 15th of Feb at 7:30pm via zoom. It’s a free session with lots of info.
