Is it a Behavior of Concern (BOC) such as confusion, or is it indicative of an underlying clinical condition?

In the NDIS sector, it is imperative to document BOCs meticulously. However, distinguishing between a BOC and symptoms of a clinical condition is crucial. For instance, confusion can be a symptom of dehydration, a urinary tract infection (UTI), or hypoglycemia.

These conditions can be straightforward to diagnose and treat when you have clinically trained staff. Integrating clinical oversight within your business structure ensures the necessary professional insight and enhances the quality of care provided.

One of our initiatives we are developing at Beyond Potential Supports is where participants learn how to cook from scratch. They learn from Narelle a skilled staff member who ran her own kitchens. One question i have though, does anyone know tricks to stop onions from making cooks cry, as you can see from the picture holding a spoon in your mouth doesn’t work.
