FULL MOON ASTRO SOUND BATH next Tuesday at SimShakti Yoga and Holistic Healing Centre 🙏🏼

Aries Full Moon: Sound Bath & Astrology Portal
with Parvati & Elisha Xantaya

Join us for an evening of Vibrational Medicine. Parvati will open with a blessing, then share the influential gold nuggets of Astrology for the Aquarius Full Moon, followed by a guided journey into the wisdom of Grandmother Moon & potential for transformation of this Astro alignment.

This is woven through a deeply healing & nourishing Sound Journey with Elisha Xantaya, finishing with some Song, maybe some vocal play... whatever the energies are creating for us!

Come a little early & get set up, you're invited to sit with the central mandala if you feel called to. The Mandala is designed to connect us to the consciousness of Earth, Elements & Stars that we will be journeying with on the night.

Afterwards, there is chai & chill time.

BRING: Everything you need to be cosy... pillows, blankets, soft things to lie on etc.

📿🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga with Simmone at Mystic Hippie Gifts and Healing in Maitland 🧘‍♀️📿

Restorative Yoga is amazing for those who wish to heal the whole body and mind. It helps set up your body for deep healing, growth and repair! ⭐️

The class starts off with a “tune in” to settle the mind. Then moves into postures on the mat, where the poses are held for up to 5mins to allow the body and mind to become still and relax. To finish up, there will be a Crystal Singing bowl meditation. ☮️

Restorative Yoga is available every Friday at 5:30pm. If you would like to book in for yoga classes, please visit Mystic Hippie Gifts and Healing events page, or call the store on 40528552. Limited places available!✨💗

🔱 SHAMANIC CRYSTAL WAND MAKING WORKSHOP 🔱

✨ Learn how to craft your very own Magickal Altar Tool with local Master Wand Craftsman, Craig Pullman of Paleo-Planet.

✨ Wands are used to accumulate and direct energy, connecting us to the energies of the Earth and the Universe, in the same way that electricity is conducted through wires, and is amplified with the transformer. It is tapping directly into your own energetic frequency, allowing you to resonate with the energy around you. They can also be used to access higher levels of energy, those that can help you manifest your intentions.
Wands are used in healing to cleanse and balance your Energetic and Etheric body, Meridians, Chakras, Auric and Biometric Field, removing blockages in the body that can prevent the proper function of the organs and other body systems.

🧙🏼‍♂️ Craig has been crafting wands, athames, staffs and other tools using natural wood, antlers, horns and crystals for twenty years and is a true master of his beautiful creations.

✨ In this workshop he will lead you through the art of creating your own wand or athame to take home and add to your altar or magickal space.

✨ You will have the choice of wood, deer antler or goat horn as the handle with a selection of crystal points to make your special creation with.

✨ Simmone will also be leading you in a Shamanic Lower World Journey to meet the energy of the material that you will be working with.

🎶 The day will conclude with a Sound Journey with the healing sounds of 10 Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong Bath and other instruments.
