Red Cliffs Physiotherapy Centre is back for 2023. Sandy, Amanda and Kate are excited to see everyone, after the Christmas and New Year break.

The big news this week… Paedan, from PM Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation will be beginning practice from our rooms.

The ‘Healthy Ageing Exercise Group’ and the ‘Healthy Hearts Rehab Group’ provide opportunities for people to participate in tailored exercise sessions. Please see attached images for further information. Individual appointments with Paedan are also available.

We encourage all locals to support this new health service, available to us in Red Cliffs!

In exciting news for Red Cliffs, we welcome a new health professional to town!

Paedan from PM Exercise Physiology and Rehab will commence two groups - a Healthy Heart exercise group and an Active Aging exercise group, in our gym at 61 Ilex Street.

These group sessions will commence on Tuesday 17th of January 2023. Contact Paedan on 0488954350 to secure your place in a group!

Individual exercise physiology appointments can also be booked. We need to support our health services in Red Cliffs so please spread the word.

The Bloody Long Walk!

Sandy and her daughter Eliza, walked 35km today, raising money and awareness for Mitochondrial Disease. Walking in sunshine and rain, it was a very challenging, but special experience!
