The other day I caught myself saying,
“I have SO much to do — there’s just not enough time!”
But here’s the thing… I hadn’t even started yet.
I was already stressed — not because I was doing too much,
but because my mind was racing through imaginary problems, future tasks, and worst-case scenarios.
And that’s when it hit me;
So much of my time can get lost - not in action — but in thought…
The endless “what ifs,” mental to-do lists, and worry spirals steal more time than I realised
I’m not always busy — just mentally overloaded.
Since then, I’ve started asking myself in those moments;
Am I truly out of time… or just stuck in my head?
Those questions have really helped… By bringing me back to the now… And suddenly, time is my friend.
