I am delighted to be offering Mindful Mondays - a 60 minute online session held every two weeks - a gentle yet powerful blend of guided meditation, conscious breathing, thoughtful reflection.
It’s a space to quieten the thinking mind, to just be, and to bask in some ancient wisdom and practice to help create a sense of spaciousness and inner peace. It's a space to align with the cycles of nature, to allow your body to breathe, and to tune into the voice of your intuition.
This is an online offering - to allow for everyone easy access. Make a cosy space at home, or head to a friends place and do it together (only 1 booking needed)... either way, its a beautiful way to start the week with intention, presence and calm.
It is offered on a pay as you choose basis - so feel free to pay what you can and what feels comfortable for you.
