The Hut is a small boutique yoga space, where you step out of the day to day hustle and bustle and onto our beautiful farm and vineyard immersed deeply in the beautiful natural environment of Red Hill. As this is a unique boutique offering (10 students max) bookings are essential - please book via the Mindbody App. We acknowledge and pays respect to the Boon Wurrung / Bunurong people, the traditional custodians of these lands and waters’ where we live, play and work. Autumn, in Ayurveda, is the Vata season encompassed by qualities that are cool and dry, vulnerable and subtle, transient, creative, and at times stimulating. The magic of nature drying out and old brittle leaves dying off and falling away.

We perhaps may feel a little more tender, emotional and edgy as we journey through the transition to cooler times warranting increasing moments of inwardness and nesting. The wisdom, practices, and rituals of Ayurveda can be incredibly supportive tools during this special transition.

This immersion will involve light hearted education on Ayurvedic pillars and practices as they relate to the season of Autumn, nourishing yin postures, somatic centering practices, along with soft acupressure touch supported by grounding Ayurvedic oils.

You’ll leave feeling rested, nurtured and equipped with some practical Ayurvedic wisdom to support your journey through the shifting of seasons.

Welcome to our boutique, private hot yoga studio in Red Hill. The latest addition to the Polperro Restaurant, Cellar Door & Luxury Villa complex offering. At Hothut we practice vinyasa flow with ashtanga influence yoga. 'Vinyasa' refers to movement that is synchronised with breath and the practice moves smoothly from posture to posture. Our classes are gently heated to around 28-30 degrees using the latest technology in (FIR) Far Infrared heating, this helps warm muscles, encourages blood flow, increases flexibility and assists in detoxification Located on another property 2 minutes from Polperro Winery in Red Hill .
