Sunday’s Deep Rest is all about letting the body lead, instead of forcing it to follow.
When we allow the body to take the lead, we stop fighting ourselves. We soften into a more intuitive way of being, where movement becomes an expression of what’s true in the moment, not what we think it should be.
Each week, our ~ Deep Rest ~ practice offers a sacred space to pause, deeply rest, and reconnect with your true self.
These afternoons invite you to release what you are not—old patterns, conditioning, and beliefs—while strengthening your capacity to meet life with clarity, calm, and resilience. Through the science and wisdom of yoga, we learn to regulate the nervous system and live with more ease, truth, and freedom.
Rest is not something to earn, it’s a primal need. When we rest, we release stress and fatigue, recharge our systems, and open the door to presence, vitality, and intuitive awareness.
Rest becomes a foundation for transformation, connection, and hope.
