SUMMER YIN AND ACUPRESSURE IMMERSION / Saturday 10th January 💫
Summer is the season of fire, a time of warmth, expansion, and joy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), fire represents the energy of growth, connection, and vitality. It’s a season that calls us to open our hearts, nurture our relationships, and fully embrace life’s vibrancy.
At the centre of this season lies the heart, regarded in TCM as the Empress Organ—the Supreme Ruler of our being. It is here that our Shen, or spirit, resides, carrying our deepest emotions, love, and compassion. When the fire element is in balance, we feel aligned, connected, and full of purpose. When out of balance, we may experience restlessness, anxiety, or emotional fatigue.
Our upcoming Summer Yin and Acupressure Immersion invites you to explore this powerful element through a nourishing practice. Together, we’ll work with the fire element’s corresponding meridians, the heart, heart protector (pericardium), small intestine, and triple heater, gently guiding energy flow and releasing blockages.
This session also weaves in acupressure points to support the heart and harmonise the fire element within. Through long-held Yin postures and mindful breath work, you’ll be invited to soften, surrender, and reconnect with your inner warmth.
A space to recalibrate, restore, and let your spirit shine.
