Neck pain, headaches, migraines, dizziness... sound familiar? 👀
Lots of people get headaches - but that doesn’t mean they have to live with it or write it off as ‘just one of those things.’ At G’Day Physio, we like to ask:
👉 Is this usual for you?
👉 What’s triggering it?
👉 Could it be coming from your neck, is it tension, a migraine or something else?
👉 And most importantly—can we do something to help reduce or prevent flare-ups?

Hi team! We're back!! A great time was had by all, and we were so lucky to see the Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo in full bloom! Enjoy a few pics!
It was so great to walk back into the clinic this morning with a full heart having had a top break! Looking forward to catching up with you all when you're next in!
