Ever wondered what freeze-drying is?
It’s a gentle preservation process that locks in the flavour, nutrients, and colour of fresh fruit, without any additives.

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ We slice and freeze the fruit at ultra-low temperatures
2️⃣ It’s placed into a vacuum chamber (like the one behind!)
3️⃣ The frozen water inside turns straight to vapour (a process called sublimation)
4️⃣ What’s left is light, crunchy, and shelf-stable fruit, perfect for snacking or adding to your favourite dishes!

No added sugar. No preservatives. Just real fruit, done right. 🍓🍌💨

We’re a small team looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join our fruit freeze-drying facility on the Mornington Peninsula.

About the Role:
• Monday to Friday – Casual
• Immediate start, ongoing work available
• Pathways to full-time employment
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment working with fruit and vegetables

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling, sorting, and preparing fruit for freeze drying
• Operating light machinery and packing equipment
• Lifting and moving heavy materials (10–25kg)
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
• Team players – we’re a tight crew and work best together
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
• Comfortable with lifting 10–25kg regularly
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a bonus, but not essential
• Must have full Australian working rights and complete the Do Food Safely check
