Up @ 3:45am, PT @ The Gap Fitness 5:30am - 7:30am & quick transition into my 9am-5pm dietitian role for the amazing Dr Aaron Lim & co!

1000 😬😳 things on my to-do list BUT (just breathe) - I decided to take time out for ME instead, just to BE. Be present.. 🧘‍♀️
