We are starting our Wellness Workshops next week at You Me and the Community. First one is Who am I? What do I value? Help your tween/teen discover their unique strengths and values!

In this fun, hands-on workshop they will:

25th of August 3-5pm or 1st of September 10am-12pm.

Join The Lotus: New Beginnings. for a creative and uplifting drop in session where tweens and teens will explore the power of positive affirmations! They will use their creativity, where each person will design and decorate their own affirmation cards. Beautiful reminders of their strengths, kindness, and unique abilities. By the end of the session, they will have a special set of cards to take home, inspiring them to practice self-love and positive thinking every day.

This hands-on workshop is perfect for young minds looking to express themselves, develop self-love, develop a healthy, supportive inner voice and build emotional well-being in a fun relaxed and supportive space!

Location: You Me and the Community - Legacy Hub. Nicholas St Precinct.

Time and date: 3-5pm 11/8 and 10an-12pm 18/8.

Come when you want and leave when you are ready.
