Sinnamon Park hosted their first-ever Dessert Making event, and it was a great success!
Everyone had a great time learning how to caramelise the sugar on delicious Crème Brûlée, and there were plenty of smiles during the chocolate-dipping fun with fresh strawberries and orange slices.
It was a fantastic afternoon of learning, laughter, and of course—treats! 🍓🍊

✨ A Taste of India at Seasons! ✨

Seasons' very own Mango Hill Chef, Chrissy, recently treated 24 lucky residents to an incredible cultural experience. Lunch began with traditional Indian tea served alongside gulab jamun and Indian biscuits. Followed by a delicious chickpea curry, rice, naan, and pappadums — finishing with refreshing mango kulfi ice cream. 🍛🥭

Chrissy shared the story behind each dish, explained the health benefits of the spices, and even let residents smell each one.

Everyone left with a handy info sheet to take home, created by Chrissy. ❤️

We are thrilled to announce some of the incredible businesses joining our Waterford West Open Day tomorrow, November 13.

Mango Hill came together for a beautiful morning tea with ANZAC biscuits to mark Remembrance Day.

The service was led by Rob Murray from Legacy, with residents Jenny & Stewart laying wreaths, Gordon reading Flanders Field and The Ode, and Bob raising the flag. The Last Post and The Rouse were movingly played on the bugle by Marty.
