According to Dr. Sebi, arthritis is not simply a result of aging, but a condition caused by excess acid and mucus in the joints. He believed that the bones need proper nutrition, specifically calcium, and that with the right environment, the body could regenerate itself. Ayurveda shares a similar perspective, focusing on alkalizing the body and nourishing it with the right foods to maintain joint health and prevent conditions like arthritis.

The key to managing arthritis is to reduce the acidic buildup in the body and focus on an alkaline diet that promotes healing. By incorporating alkaline-rich foods, like fruits and vegetables, and avoiding acid-forming foods, we can help restore balance and reduce inflammation in the joints. Ayurveda encourages practices such as mindful eating and regular movement to support joint health and reduce stiffness.

Arthritis doesn’t have to be a life sentence. By making small adjustments to your diet, reducing inflammation, and incorporating more plant-based foods, you can support your body’s healing process. Ayurveda teaches us that the body has the ability to regenerate when given the right tools. Embrace this wisdom to live a life free from joint pain and discomfort. 🌱💪

December is not just another month.
It’s the closing of a chapter and the opening of a new one.
It carries lessons of letting go, of realigning, and of preparing your soul for what’s ahead.

Detachment reminds you to release what disturbs your peace.
Discipline teaches you to build the life you want, not the life you settle for.
Direction keeps your energy pointed towards your purpose.
Devotion anchors you in growth instead of excuses.
And Divine Patience reminds you that everything unfolds at its perfect time.

This month isn’t about running after life or forcing anything to happen.
It’s about aligning your heart with what is meant for you.
It’s about removing distractions, healing old wounds, and stepping into the version of yourself you’ve been growing into all year.

December asks you to slow down, reflect, and realign.
Close the old doors gently and allow the new ones to open naturally.
Don’t chase life—flow with it. 🌿

As i breathe out you breathe in
Namaste beautiful trees

There is more than just oxygen in one breath, in one inhale. In the forest, there are phytoncides, chemical compounds emitted by trees that enhance mood and support the immune system. In the ocean, there are tiny salt aerosols and marine compounds that help clear the lungs. In the mountains or near volcanic regions, the air carries trace minerals and ions that reduce inflammation. Each breath is a subtle exchange with the living world. 🌲🌊⛰️☀️

We trust the unseen every day.
Signals, waves, and connections we cannot touch, yet they move our entire world.

But when it comes to our own inner world—our energy, our frequency, our vibration—we doubt what we can feel more than what we can see.

🌼The truth is simple: the invisible shapes everything.
Your thoughts shift your mood, your mood shifts your actions, and your actions shape your entire reality.

So don’t underestimate what can’t be held.
Some of the most powerful forces in life are the ones that move silently, but change everything... 🌿

Your cells, the citizens of your body, also talk to your mind (the government). They do this through their own special language of symptoms and emotions.
