DO YOU SUFFER FROM FROZEN SHOULDER ???

Or alternatively known as "adhesive capsulitis". This condition can be extremely painful limiting your ROM (Range Of Motion) and creating situations where your shoulder becomes 'stuck' when left in the same position for long periods of time ie. sleeping with your arm raised above your head or sleeping on the arm itself.
Massage therapy is very beneficial in treating frozen shoulder as it increases the blood circulation to the injured region and also reduces the formation of Inflammation and scar tissue. Regular massage should be done to reduce the muscle stiffness and increase ROM. The pain and stiffness usually gets relieved after several massage treatments.
