I've been a Counsellor & Psychotherapist for over 30 years. My joy is to help people free themselves into living authentic lives of joy, purpose and connection. My other joy is creating artworks that inspire people to have an experience that goes beyond words. I work intuitively and holistically on many levels within a therapeutic relationship which allows real, deep and lasting healing to begin. Many of my clients identify as sensitive, empathic and self-aware. In addition, they often have complex, longstanding health issues. The main modality I use is Logosynthesis. It’s an amazing therapy I travelled to Europe over 4 summers to learn. It dissolves or reduces issues rapidly, effectively, simply and without re-traumatisation, allowing people to feel connected to a deeper part of themselves beyond the issues.
