MASSAGE and CUPPING workshop for families this Saturday with Acupuncturist Candace Foo.

This is a practical instruction for parents on how to use massage and cupping therapeutically at home to support the wellbeing of your child or children includng all ages babies to teens. This course is tailored for common childhood illnesses such as lung congestion, cough, bloating, gasses, constipation/diarrhea, general digestive support, fever, bed wetting, restless sleep, emotional outburst with severe disregulation and more.

The course will touch on how your child's body is unique using the 5 element frame work. We will expand on ways to support your child with Chinese medicine perspective without a fit the box mentality. With a more loving, curious and therapeutic perspective. Candace can provide you with simple and effective tools to regulate and ease common childhood illness all from home.

*This workshop is for parents only, babies in arms are welcome but no children. There is an option for a child to attend for 5-10 mins for demonstration only, prior conversation and appointment to the date is preferable.

As part of celebrating Sam's legacy (Samuel Hahnemann - father of homeopathy) and beautiful new clinic , I want to invite you to the Homeopathic First Aid workshop for parents, grandparents and anyone who would love to learn about Homeopathy.

You are welcome to come in person to the newly opened beautiful clinic for children and their families in Mullumbimby, or you are welcome to join an online session.

You will expand your knowledge in the practical application of homeopathy for first aid issues at home. The best part for me is hearing how parents have used their kit on their family and friends and their great results.

Till the 10th of May to celebrate Homeopathy and the new clinic space in Mullum, the workshop (including a kit with 10 remedies, a workbook and 1-2 hours) is $20 off.

The date for the workshop in the Mullumbimby clinic is 2/05/23.

I love listening to Homeopathic podcasts from all around the world. I have been enjoying podcasts made by Eugenie Kruger she is such an amazing host. One which I really enjoyed a few months ago is a podcast with Wanda Smith-Shick. She talks about establishing free homeopathic clinics for communities - regular once and pop-ups so inspiring her enthusiasm is contagious.
