This is really odd Winter weather in Brisbane with temps in the 30s for this week but that feeling of spring just around the corner is fabulous.

Spring brings with it the promise of new beginnings, just look at the garden for example.

But that feeling of being able to do so much more in mind body and spirit is hard to put into words for a feeling person. You know, you feel it, it's inspirational.

The keynote speaker today on the second day of the doTERRA conference was Sam Bloom. If you haven't heard of Sam neither had I until I started watching a movie on Netflix many months ago called Penguin Bloom and starring Naomi Watts.

Her story was tragic, mentally and emotionally overwhelming and a great awe inspiring delivery. You can read her story here https://sambloom.com.au/

2nd day doTERRA Conference. Picked up some nice swag yesterday and loads of great information from presenters. Ever heard of forest bathing? Some great info to come on that. 🌳🌳

Looking forward to today's presentations especially for pets 🐕 and a doTERRA doco from Vietnam about the animal bank.🐐 This family lives so high in the mountains they live in clouds all the time.

You know that saying head in the clouds well it's real. ☁️🇻🇳
