Looks like I have to wait my turn again… Kreature’s claimed the RejuvaNest throne 😹 He’s all about that beautiful crystal energy humming through it—jade, tourmaline, and all the good stuff grounding and flowing. As soon as it turns on and the therapies kick in (warmth, pulses, lights, vibrations), he hops on for the full ride like he knows it’s pure magic.

My healing room this morning… and my little energetic assistants doing their thing 🐈

Cats are incredibly sensitive to energy. They’re naturally drawn to spaces where energy has shifted and they have an amazing way of helping clear and rebalance it.

This week in the healing room has been big.
Deep sessions.
Emotional breakthroughs.
Tears, releases, and powerful shifts.

When we do healing work, it’s not just physical. The body stores so much of our lived experience. Emotions, stress and trauma can become held in the body, and the lymphatic system is one of the places where that stagnant energy can sit.

That’s why sometimes during a lymphatic massage people don’t just feel lighter physically… they feel lighter emotionally too.

So today the cats have claimed the room.
Grounding the space.
Clearing the energy.
Restoring the calm before next week’s sessions begin.
