A bit of excitement here this afternoon with a car fire in the Redland Bay Village parking lot. Police and Fireys attended. Glad that no one was hurt.

Thank you to our patients for their understanding whilst having to unceremoniously evacuate.

Hopefully the burnt chemical smell will have dissipated by next week!

Yes, after months of waiting we have finally got it all together and are taking patients again.

How to find our new clinic: Go to Redland Bay Village, and we are one shop in from the corner of Stradbroke and James Streets, next to the Pharmacy. There is parking out front on Stradbroke Street or on James Street or in the undercover carpark.

This close to reopening.

After the plumbing was completed, the final walls (where the plumbing was holding things up) are now up and painted. Finishing touches being done.

BUT am waiting on the final tradie to come in to finish off the flooring so we can meet hygiene standards.

I will let you all know as soon as it is confirmed and we'll be underway and taking appointments.

Great news this week.

The plumbing was finally approved!

Now, we've just got to get the tradies in to finish off (and of course get the final inspection approval by council). Fingers crossed for everything going as smoothly as possible and opening mid-May.

OPENING UPDATE:

We are still waiting for Redland City Council to approve our plumbing. We have had an application in for nearly 3 months and they just keep putting roadblocks in the way.

We sincerely appreciate that this is very difficult for those waiting for treatment.

Progress has been achieved! Plumbing approval is the bottleneck to be able to finish and finally open.
