Introducing our newest Instructor, Chelsea!
Chelsea is a Mat and Reformer Pilates, HIIT, Bootcamp, and Zumba Instructor, and Personal Trainer with specialties in nutrition, weight management, pre/postnatal, and senior exercise, who has been globally certified since 2015. She began her fitness journey through her school athletics program, which she continued into her United States Marine Corps career as a competitive powerlifter. She began her instructor journey in the Marines as a proctor, assessing Marines' fitness levels, and as Training NCO (non-commissioned officer) for her battalion in 2010.
Upon her honorable discharge, she earned her certificates in Texas and began training there, and continued to do so all over the United States.
Her class motto is "smiles and sweat," fitness isn't another chore, it's what allows you to keep doing the things you love and discovering more as you evolve. Chelsea's life through movement has extended from western style lifting to dynamic readiness including martial arts (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai), and to Pilates and dance. She holds a degree in anthropology (the comprehensive scientific study of humanity, examining biology, culture, societies, and linguistics) and is a current nursing student.

5.30am Pilates Monday & Wednesday
10.30am Mums and Bubs class Mondays
6pm Zumba Thursdays
