Many women move through their days appearing steady, capable, and in control, while carrying a significant internal load.
It does not always show up as collapse. More often, it appears in brief moments of reactivity, tension, or sharpness that feel out of proportion.
These moments are not the problem. They are signals of accumulated strain within the nervous system.
We can support the body to process and release what has been building over time, so those responses begin to soften as they arise.
This creates more space within, allowing the system to respond rather than react.
