We say goodbye to one beautiful soul and welcome another into our space ✨

We’ve all loved getting to know Jasmine and sharing in her beautiful classes. She has brought such a special energy to UB, and we wish her all the very best in her next chapter 💛

We’re so excited to welcome Lisa into the UB family. Warm, talented, and full of heart — we can’t wait for you all to experience her classes and share the space with such a wonderful soul.

Here’s what’s coming up 👇

• Wednesday 6:30pm UB Yoga
• Wednesday 7:45pm Yin (starting tonight)

✨ Anita will be stepping in for:

I joined the 8-week Mind & Body Transformation at Universal Balance earlier this year not really knowing what I needed — just knowing something had to change.

I was stressed, exhausted, and had completely fallen out of routine… but fast forward to now — I’ve dropped body fat, gained muscle, and feel like myself again 🙌

I remember when our strength classes started with just a couple of our OG members… and now I get to stand in a room with 22 incredible humans. That growth, that energy, that community — it honestly blows me away.

Universal Balance is so much more than just a studio to me. It’s a place where people come to reconnect with themselves, to feel supported, and to build a life they’re proud of. Being able to show up for others, to help them grow, gain confidence, and live a full and happy life… that’s everything.

So grateful for every single person who walks through our doors. You’re the reason this place is what it is 💛

Yoga Instructor / Coach – Join the Universal Balance Community

Universal Balance Mind & Body Studio in Redwood Park is looking for an experienced and passionate yoga instructor / coach to join our growing community.

We are not just looking for someone to teach classes. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping people improve their lives.

Our mission is to support people physically, mentally and emotionally, helping them break through barriers and limiting beliefs so they can become a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves.

At Universal Balance you will be working with a supportive community of members of all experience levels, guiding them through their yoga journey while helping build a strong, positive and welcoming studio culture.

The role

• Casual position: 9–12 hours per week

• $35 per hour

• Opportunity to grow into part-time (20–30 hours) and eventually full-time

• Work within a supportive, community-driven studio environment

• Opportunity to contribute to programs, workshops and member development

What we are looking for

• Qualified and experienced yoga instructor / coach

• Passion for supporting people both physically and mentally

• Ability to build strong connections with members

• A team player who wants to help grow a community, not just teach a class

• Personal training or fitness instructor qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.

This is not a casual “teach a class and leave” position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, grow with our community and be part of something meaningful.

Universal Balance is a boutique studio in North Eastern Adelaide that offers Yoga, Restorative yoga, Floor Core, Meditation, Boxing and Krav Maga (self defence) for people of all ages and fitness levels. We are a dedicated group of instructors who deliver engaging, fun, interactive, professional and technique based classes with lots of laughs and a real community feel.

Universal Balance is a community based wellness studio that was created to help you optimize yourself as an individual mentally, physically and spiritually by helping you find real solid connections within the community you live and find balance and happiness from the inside out.

Our classes truly offer something special for everyone with our clients saying that they always feel encouraged and supported no matter what session they attend.
