Meditation tonight is a deeply restorative practice😴
With this cold weather I’ve personally been feeling slower… needing more rest, more stillness, more space to just be. If you’ve been feeling the same, this is your sign to honour that.
Join me at 7pm for a deep reset, the kind that actually recharges your battery, not just gets you through.
Tonight we’ll be dropping into Yoga Nidra (often called “yogic sleep”) — a guided meditation where your body enters deep rest while your mind stays gently aware.
It’s not sleep… but it brings you into slower brainwave states (like theta), which is where the magic happens ✨
-Your nervous system softens
-Stress levels drop
-Your body begins to repair and restore
And your subconscious becomes more open — allowing you to reconnect, reset, and realign
