That’s a wrap on a busy month at Riverside Estate 🏗️

Five new homes are now underway, with all five slabs successfully poured and foundations set for the next stage of construction. It’s great to see steady progress across the village as these homes begin to take shape.

A big thank you to G.J. Gardner Homes Riverland and Marzys Concrete and Contracting & Contracting for their work on site and keeping everything moving.

Plenty more to come as Riverside continues to grow.

🎉 A Special Celebration at Riverside 🎉

Back in December, one of our lovely residents celebrated their 80th birthday, with another resident hosting a beautiful party in their honour. It was wonderful to see the Recreation Centre filled with colour, laughter and so much joy.

We love seeing this space transformed into something so special for our residents’ celebrations. Moments like these are a great reminder of the strong sense of community at Riverside Estate. 💛🏡

💛 A Special Milestone at Riverside 💛

Back in November, two of our wonderful residents, Graham and Glenda, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We would like to send them a very belated happy anniversary and our warmest congratulations on such an incredible milestone.

We are so lucky to have Graham and Glenda as part of our village. They are valued members of the Riverside community and generously open their home to visitors who would like to see what village living is all about before making the move.
