I am very excited to announce that I am expecting my own little baby very soon!

The little one is due December so I will be finishing up my time at Health and Movement on the 9th of November. At this stage I will not be reopening Health and Movement after the baby is born. Up until then I will still be open with hours as follows:

Mondays: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Thursdays: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
