Anyone else fascinated that we're walking around with 500-million-year-old appetite technology? 🤓

Bombesin is basically your internal 'I'm satisfied' signal - and it's been keeping creatures alive since way before humans existed. Pretty incredible, right?

But here's what I see all the time: we've become so disconnected from these natural hunger and fullness cues. Between processed foods, stress eating, restrictive diets, and constant food noise, many of us have forgotten how to listen to our bodies.

The good news? These systems are still there, just waiting to be rebalanced. Your body hasn't forgotten how to regulate appetite - it just needs the right conditions to do its job.

Think water is just for hydration? 💧 Think again.

Water is one of your body’s main energy sources — not because it’s wet, but because of the hydrogen atoms it carries.

H₂O = 2 hydrogen atoms + 1 oxygen atom.
Your cells (especially muscle cells) use those hydrogen atoms to produce ATP — the electrical energy that keeps your body running.

That’s why:
