Meet Marianne ✨✨

Marianne began yoga 8 years ago during a time of burnout and mental health challenges, and found her way back to her authentic self.

She offers supportive and fluid practices that invite you to choose ritual over rush, and to feel the depth of every breath, posture and pause.

Marianne believes yoga is for everyone, and that its real magic extends far beyond the mat.

Her classes are grounding, restorative and an invitation to walk through life with presence, connection and your own healing power.

Cosmic Rest

This Friday, join Whitney for a 75 minute journey into deep restoration. Together, we’ll pause from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the essential need for rest. Supported restorative postures will gently release tension from the body, while calming breathwork soothes the nervous system.

The practice will close with Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep" a guided meditation that allows you to drift into a profound state of stillness and renewal. It feels like floating amongst the stars, deeply connected to the vast and restorative energies of the universe.

Come as you are, and give yourself the gift of rest. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and expansive.
