2-Hour Handstand Workshop
With guest teacher Huong Huynh 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Whether you’re taking your first steps toward a handstand or looking to refine and strengthen your balance, this workshop is designed to meet you right where you are.

Across two hours, you’ll learn the key foundations that make handstands feel safer, lighter and more accessible.

Expect a fun atmosphere with clear, simple cues and plenty of time to experiment. You’ll leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of your body, and a sense of achievement.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
No previous handstand experience required.

1:30-3:30pm Saturday 31st January
Tickets $80 available for purchase online or in the studio.

Aparigraha – non-grasping, non-clinging.
A reminder that we don’t need to hold tightly to everything we’ve earned, achieved, or accumulated. Sometimes the practice is in softening the grip – on expectations, on outcomes, on stories about how things should be.

In yoga, aparigraha invites spaciousness.
On the mat, in the breath, and in the way we meet our lives.

Great to have the DeBeen Jujitsu crew in the studio today. Most of the faces are regulars at the studio and report that hot yoga is a perfect compliment to Jujitsu aiding recovery and injury prevention.
