This month is dedicated to raising awareness, funding, and education for endometriosis — a chronic, often debilitating condition that affects an estimated 1 in 7 female.

For many, diagnosis can take an average of 7 years.

EndoMarch highlights the need to:
• Reduce diagnostic delays
• Break stigma around period pain
• Improve education and research
• Support those living with the condition

Severe or life-impacting period pain should never be dismissed.

Education leads to earlier investigation, stronger advocacy, and better support.

Painful periods aren't 'normal'!

Many people are told painful periods are just something they have to live with. But for those with endometriosis, the pain can be debilitating.

Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing inflammation, pain and sometimes fertility challenges.
