Fit Life Nutrition has Accredited Practising Dietitians who utilise their knowledge and experience to translate evidence-based nutrition information into practical advice that is easy to understand. We offer:
-cooking demonstrations to private/ sporting/ community groups
-individual dietary consultations to achieve your goals
-meal plans
-nutrition presentations to community/ private/ corporate groups
-supermarket tours

We can help with the dietary management of many conditions including the following:
-gastrointestinal disorders including coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis
-intolerances e.g. lactose
-constipation/ diarrhoea
-diverticulosis/ diverticulitis
-obestity and overweight
-malnutrition
-high blood pressure (hypertension)
-high cholesterol (hyperlipidaemia)
-type 2 diabetes
-pregnancy, morning sickness and key nutrients for development of a healthy baby

-nutritional deficiencies including anaemia

A 25 yr study has revealed that people on low carb diets who replace carbs with animal products die 4 yrs earlier than those on moderate carb diet - think extra bacon, cheese, large servings of meat etc.

However, swapping some of your carbs for plant based protein & fats showed benefits - think avocado, nuts, legumes etc.
