The Yoga Shed Richmond Yoga Studio The Yoga Shed has been created to provide a variety of high quality yoga classes in the Hawkesbury. Yoga is beneficial to children and adults.

Please drop in and see our studio and try some of the many classes we are offering. One of the best things about yoga as a form of exercise is that it is not competitive and postures can be modified to suit everyone’s ability. An injury, physical limitation or condition can usually be catered for and should be discussed with the yoga teacher before the class. Remember yoga is not about tying yours

elf in knots. It does not matter what you can or can’t do, there is no minimum age or skill level required. Yoga is about understanding and working with your own body. All that matters is that you are committed to improving your health.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas period with happiness and health to ease you into the new year from Jane and Jacqui.

We are running two FREE CLASSES on the following Wednesdays, Christmas eve and New Years Eve. Everyone is welcome to join in. These classes are run at The Last Round Training Facility in North Richmond and start at 8.30am.
Yang to Yin, an easy flow class ending with long held stretches. A lovely start to your Christmas and New Year.
